I'm having an issue with the visited state not showing up once the course is loaded on the LMS. The course works properly when I published and reveiwed the course. But now that it is on the LMS it is not working. Our LMS is RISC.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this would be happening?
Update: I just tried the "story_html5" file that is on my computer and it is not working properly either. When I preview the course it works fine but this html5 file doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?
2nd Update: I tried the "story" file on my computer and it properly. I changed the link on the LMS but it still doesn't work properly. Help!
I don't know the LMS RISC, so I won't be able to help there, but have you tried uploading it into SCORM Cloud? That will help us determine if it's the file itself, or something happening on the side of the LMS. If you'd like to share the .story file here or send it to us privately our team can test it at the same time.
Hi, I realize this is from a long time ago, but I am having the same problem and am wondering if there was ever a resolution? Everything works fine in the preview, but when I upload it into SCORM Cloud it no longer works.
I have already submitted a full case with a description and the .story
file. I am happy to send again, if needed, but I want to make sure you have
access to all the information I already sent through. It is case #01086653.

I'm not seeing a support case from Cary on this issue to offer further information.
If you are experiencing the issue in SCORM Cloud, then we would want to take a look at your .story file to better understand.
