I got complaints like this, and it was because they were swapping tabs while they were supposed to be watching the thing. The audio would keep playing, but the screen animations would pause, and then run through the timeline when they clicked back.
SL3 Update 3 fixed this in my testing, but I haven't published to our live LMS with it yet.
I don't see any similar reports of this, so it's not something we have investigated yet to determine what the issue is.
Do you have an example course and URL you can share with us? Do you know anything else about these clients set up in terms of browser version, internet speed, etc.?
If you can narrow down a common scenario between those 6 customers, that would be really helpful. For example, if the customers were all using a particular browser, or if it happened on a particular slide, we'd want to know that.
From the information you provide to us, if we are able to recreate this in a new Storyline 360 file, then we would log it as a software bug.

Learned today this is some clients running Chrome are seeing a 15 second delay of animations happening after audio is completed.

Any word of this fix for SL 360?
Hi Sam,

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this myself, but my customer said something like 6 out of 10 reviewers of the course had this issue.
I presume this is an HTML5 issue as I never saw this in Flash.
