Voice and video are not synced

We are getting more frequent negative reviews from our clients saying "Voice and video are not Synced".

The playback is fine in our testing.  Is anyone else getting this feedback?

I got complaints like this, and it was because they were swapping tabs while they were supposed to be watching the thing. The audio would keep playing, but the screen animations would pause, and then run through the timeline when they clicked back.

SL3 Update 3 fixed this in my testing, but I haven't published to our live LMS with it yet.

Hi Sam,

If you can narrow down a common scenario between those 6 customers, that would be really helpful. For example, if the customers were all using a particular browser, or if it happened on a particular slide, we'd want to know that.

From the information you provide to us, if we are able to recreate this in a new Storyline 360 file, then we would log it as a software bug.
