Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with the screen readers. I was able to replicate this behavior as well and have reported it for further investigation.

Great news! We released another update for Articulate 360, detailed in our version history.

The item you'll be interested in is:

Fixed: When using a screen reader, keyboard shortcuts didn't adjust the volume slider or move focus between glossary terms.

Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360.
