Is there any kind of known incompatibility between the Wacom tablet and Storyline? When I attempt to do any dragging action to shapes in Storyline, it isn't working. It moves the entire object rather than allowing me to make it smaller or larger. Thanks.

I had the same problems with resizing and dragging in Storyline (Articulate 360). I use a Wacom Intuos pro and windows 7. Disable press and hold to double click in Windows properties and unticking 'Use Windows ink' in Wacon setting did the trick for me. No need to switch to a mouse anymore! :)
For anyone who is still having issues with this. I found that if you follow Steve's suggestion above then simply double tap the resize handles (wacom one) this will allow resize.
For me, just following the first step worked. Lucky me :) However, I had actually disabled the 'Touch Keyboard' option. I had fixed this issue following your recommendations but with recent updates my changes got wiped off. So glad that this is working.
