Web Object from Presenter

Hello,

I was given a powerpoint slide that contains a presenter web object and told to add it as the last slide in my course to allow the LMS to register that the student has completed the course.  The power point slide shows the web object as follows:

                                                  Web Ojbect Placeholder

                                                  Address:../complete.html

                                              Displayed in: Articulate Player

                                                    Window size 720 x 540

It looks to me to be a relative link to the complete.html file.  I do not have access to the file or the environment, all I can do is try to either import the powerpoint slide or recreate a similar web object in storyline.  Neither seem to work for me, any suggestions?
