In Presenter, you can insert a "file" as a web object, as long as the file resides somewhere on the LMS. I can't seem to be able to do that in Storyline.
Storyline allows you to insert the file as a web object if your web content is on your local computer, but I'm not aware of a way to pull a file in from an LMS. Might make a good feature request, though
