Since you mentioned Chrome, I wanted to point to you this kb article about why the Web object may not load, specifically because of the iFrame. You'll also want to ensure that you're testing it within the published environment, as I have seen a similar case where the user tested it locally and that worked in IE but not Chrome.

I tried posting the *.story output through Dropbox Public - that was my problem....
When I posted in a reall website it worked just fine.
