I embedded a YouTube video as a web object into my course. It appears to be working fine for myself and other end users except for one user for whom the video is appearing bigger and cutting off the text on the screen (see second screenshot). When I view it the size is fine (see first screenshot) and none of my other test users have complained about this. Does anyone know what might be causing the video to appear larger for one user and not others?
What browser is the user viewing the video in? It looks like some other elements with the text are blurry too - so I'd want to ensure that the one user is accessing it through a supported browser.
If she has flash enabled, and is viewing the story.html link - she should be presented with Flash content and the HTML5 publish option wouldn't make a difference. If for some reason, you need to point users directly to the story_html5.html link - that may be showing her the HTML5 content in IE9, which does not do well in terms of displaying the content. Do you have IE9 to test this out as well? If not, can you share a link to the course with me and I can give it a test?

She says she is using Internet Explorer 9. When I publish the course I am checking 'Include HTML5 Output' - would that have any impact?
