Hi, I used the same code to pull a document into web object. It worked on Win. platform, but did not work off Mac. Is there a difference? What can be done? Is there a code? Thank you.
I'm happy to help! You'll want to work exclusively in the Windows environment. We recommend copying and pasting the files you need for Articulate projects to the Windows environment before inserting them into your content.
Since you're working with a web object, I'd recommend moving the file you're importing to your local drive on the Windows side and then adding it as a web object.
