I've inserted a web object the contains a Flash slide in a Storyline 360 scene. When publishing, the object opens and plays successfully only using Review 360. But I need to publish to an LMS (or zip or email - which is not an option in Review 360). When I select publish to Web or LMS (which give me the Folder option), the web object will not play. I get the same result: a new browser opens and displays "Loading..." but it does not load and does not play. I have attempted this in Edge, Chrome, Firefox and IE. I'm publishing as HTML5 only. Why does the Review 360 work but not the other options? Thanks for the help.
I'm happy to help. If your web object link isn't displaying correctly, try matching the web object URL to the hosting site. Review 360 uses https to host content, and it may be that your web object URL matches that.
If you find that your LMS and web hosting sites use http, re-embed your web object to start with http, and see if that fixes the issue.
