Web Objects green, pixelated...

Are you seeing that image while looking at the "test link" when adding the web object, or when testing the published output?  If when testing, you'll want to test within the intended environment otherwise it may not work as expected. 

If you'd like to share a link to the video, I am happy to test it out in my own file.

The test works fine; it's only when I try previewing or publishing a slide with a web object that I run into trouble.

And it's not just that particular video - two different mp4s needed for our presentation show up with green/pixels, regardless of whether we encode via Brightcove or embed via Vimeo. That makes me think it's not a video-specific issue, but an Articulate-specific one.

First off, you'll want to test the published output within the intended environment as testing it locally your web objects may not display or appear properly. I'd also recommend checking into the DPI settings for your computer and what browser/flash version you're using and update to the latest if possible. 

If you're still having difficulty, I'd like to see the video to see if I can replicate it on my end. 

Hi Mike, I have used Vimeo videos in several projects and never had any issues. As for BrightCove, I just pulled one of their sample video into a Storyline web object and, while the player bar is cut off because of my poor formatting, the video itself plays without issues. See here. Have you tried loading your Storyline content to another server and run it from there?
