Is it possible to automatically link to a website whenever the user closes a course?
I've seen some solutions using a Jump to URL trigger on an Exit course button and this does work. However, if the user closes the course using the "red X" on the browser window, they will not be redirected.
I know it's unlikely, but is there any way to achieve this?
As you mentioned, you could add a jump to url trigger to the exit button, but there isn't a way to force the user to use that button instead of the browser close button. You could indicate to the users that they need to close the course in the preferred way (which would be slightly inaccurate, it'll still close as expected and save the results). If you're hosting this course in an LMS - there may also be something on the LMS side that would allow you to set this up.

Thanks Ashley.
Our team is looking into implement something within the LMS, but I was just seeing if there was any other option by chance.
