"Never resume" will reset the course so any progress will be lost. That's pretty self explanatory I think but if you're new to Storyline or the bookmarking functionality, I felt it was worth mentioning.

Hi Dennis,
Sounds like you have the "Prompt to Resume" setting checked in Player > Other.
This is a standard "bookmarking" feature.

I think that will do the trick.
I presume it ('never resume') means it always starts from scratch.
