I'm having a problem rendering out a WEB version of my storyline. It's fine when I do a CD version but when I try a WEB version it doesnt go to that small dialogue box with the option to zip the file. The story.html file doesnt even appear in the file that articulate creates when rendering it out. It seems like a rather rare problem. My project isn't abnormally big compared to other projects I've made before and my computer is rather powerful so I can't imagine what the problem might be. Please help?

Also, have you ensure that you are working locally, rather than on a network drive? As described here, Working on a network drive or an external (USB) drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
