Weird Bookmarking Behavior

Hello everyone!

I am having a weird issue that I can't solve, and I've submitted a case to Articulate but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

When I exit the course in the first module or so, the bookmarking occurs normally. However, later in the course when I exit and resume, it's marking off slides in front of the one which I am brought back to. They are complete, and the user can then click the menu and navigate to them, skipping content intended to be required. I have tried publishing in 1.2, 2004 3rd and 2004 4th editions, and the same thing happens. I have even uploaded it to scorm cloud and tested, same thing. I don't have any specific idea why this is happening, and would love some insight. If there's anything anyone can tell me, it would be greatly appreciated.
