I'm developping e-learning content for my LMS using Storyline 3. Sometimes, randomly, when I open my content in my LMS, i have weird characters appearing in the content.
If i close the lesson and re-open it, sometimes the issue disappears, sometimes it stays there.
See joined screenshot.
Are you aware of any similar issue? Would you know the possible causes for it? Could it be due to the " ' " in the title?
Thank you for your feedback. I don't think it's a font/police issue, as the error is random. For example today, for the same content, it is working fine.
I'm using mozilla, but the issue also appeared on other browsers.
I'm sorry actually the issue occurs only with IE 11. It's fine with Mozilla, Chrome and Edge. I checked if the automatic download of the fonts was enable, and it is.

But this specific to IE11
Hi Valentin,
If you're only seeing this in IE11 were you also able to check if the Windows Group Policy Is Blocking Untrusted Fonts?
That's one of the other issue we've seen in IE11 and our team is still looking into a larger fix for this, but it's not available yet.
