Weird Glossary Font Issue

I’m seeing something weird with the player in my courses I’m exporting.   I’ve tried deleting the entry and re entering the item and it still happens.  It’s only on the letter “P” from what I can gather.  Here’s the issue.  When I click on the glossary and select an entry that has the letter “P” in it when the main heading is highlighted (Selected) the font for that letter appears to change to a serif font.  See the images below.  I have no way to fix this.  I’ve tried changing the player font to Arial from both player font and captions but it doesn’t change anything.  If you look at the letter "P" in the "GXP" entry below you will notice the font has changed for the letter "P".  This only happens with the letter "P".  All other letters are fine.  This is a custom branded player. Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your glossary.

We do have this issue reported to our team: Glossary Selected Terms - Font Face Changes

This issue is limited to the Classic Player, so there are two possible workarounds listed:

  • Use the Modern Player
  • Change the font-style to serif

Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.
