What does "refresh the menu" mean?

Hi again

I have a 6 scene project that will grow to about 300 small scenes.

I am up to 6 but when I publish I only see the first two scenes in the menu. There are no links between scenes and at the moment i will access each scene via the menu. These are the first 6 terms in a glossary, each term is on a scene.

I have searched and found several people with similar issues. This one seems be similar to mine.

John reported that he reolved the issue by "refreshing the menu" but I am unable to find out what this means. The words are clear but I can't see how this is done in Storyline 2.

Can anyone illuminate?
