While Storyline sends this data to your LMS, each LMS can interpret the completion and success status differently. Since each LMS can interpret these statuses differently, your LMS provider is best equipped to help if you don't see the status you expect. We also have a great resource on success and completion statuses here.
As Phil said, the score will be a percentage, but to add to that, whether the scorm module passes complete or passed is based on what you set the passing score to be in the results slide.

The score will be a percentage that is sent to Moodle if you track by results slide.
As Phil said, the score will be a percentage, but to add to that, whether the scorm module passes complete or passed is based on what you set the passing score to be in the results slide.
