What looks best? ...Browser Settings

I need to make a decision on whether I set my Players to either:
1) fill the screen
2) lock to the optimal size
I'm assuming most people don't have massive monitors.. so the images shouldn't be too pixelated if it expands to full screen. But it looks nice and tidy locked 
What is everyone elses opinion on this???

Lock should look best because the images dont scale. I always set to fill screen because i dont know what size screen the user is going to have and a 720x540 slide locked on a 27 inch monitor looks awful.
I am prepared to take a hit on image quality for a better user experience, slao if you use alot of shapes/vectors these should scale with the player
