What size do you make the browser window to ensure the video is clear and not blurry?

Jun 20, 2016

Hi Everyone,

Based upon the feedback in this discussion, we are using a story size of 740 x 491 to accommodate a the extra space the player will take up in a published size of 1000 x 562 which is based on the recommendation of the Storyline community ( see https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/how-to-determine-best-slide-size-for-diferent-screen-resolutions#reply-360532) to maintain the 16x9 aspect ratio of the wide screens and display nicely on 1024 x 768 and larger screens.

For software simulations, what size do you make the browser window?  I've tried full screen, various sizes, changed the Storyline published quality settings to the maximum, and every time the try-mode videos are blurry.

Thank you,

John
