Would you let me know the thing about the subject?
When score and status are transferred from SCORM1.2 (made by SL2) to LMS?
We sometimes receive the report saying the followings even though the learner got certain score:
Case 1 : the score was 0, the status was Completed Case 2 : the score was 0, the status was In Progress
We doubt the network disconnection happened at the moment of transferring score and status. I guess it happens at the moment of beginning of the RESULT slide appears.
Hi Takeyoshi, great question. You're correct--the score is sent when the learner accesses the Results Slide. I have a few questions that will help me narrow this down:
Does the Results Slide display the correct quiz score?
Does the Results Slide have a "submit results" trigger?
Thank you for your reply. Please see my comments below.
Does the Results Slide display the correct quiz score? (Takeyoshi) Yes
Does the Results Slide have a "submit results" trigger? (Takeyoshi) Yes. The result slide has the code such as "Submit results <Name of Result Slide> When the timeline starts".
Have you selected "Track using quiz result" in the publish tracking options? (Takeyoshi) Yes. It is selected "Track using quiz result. Result slide to report: <Name of Result Slide>.
Thanks Takeyoshi, it sounds like you've set everything up correctly. The next step would be to test the course in another environment, like SCORM Cloud. If you'd like some help with that testing, attach your file here!
I have this exact problem too in our SCORM test environment. Our LMS is built by TicTac, and while it behaves exactly like this in our test setup, it does not in our live environment.
I have in my course the very same triggers: Submit results on timeline start, track on quiz not on slide viewed. Using SCORM 2004 ver 4.

Absolutely, Takeyoshi. You can send your file to me privately by clicking here.
Thanks for chiming in, Soren. Have you had a chance to test your file on SCORM Cloud, yet? If you'd like help with that, you can attach your file here, or send it to me privately using the link above. Thanks!
