while trying to publish in review 360, storyline file just closes

Since the behavior appears to be isolated to your local installation, try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they help:

• Make sure that you are working locally when publishing and editing your project file.
• If you're already working locally, try importing your slides over to a new project file.
• If the issue persists, repair your Storyline 360 installation by following the steps in this article.
• Try publishing to a different format such as web or LMS to see if the issue is specific to when you publish to Review 360. If the issue is only happening when you publish to Review 360, ask your network admin to add the following endpoints to your network's allowlist.
