white screen flashes between each slide in published screen recording animation
Feb 09, 2018
I'm screenrecording in an application, using step-by-step view mode and the animation looks fine in the preview mode. When I publish it to articulate online, a white screen flashes between each slide in the animation. The application is proprietary so I can't share, but I did a recording of a course that is public to share with you as an example. The same thing happens--previews fine and then when uploads to articulate online, white screens between each slide.
My colleague is using the same settings as me, and we both have thinkpad ultrabook laptops. His screen recordings are fine when published. I'm thinking I have to reinstall Storyline 3 as a last resort. Any other ideas?
Here is the link to the published version https://fanniemae.articulate-online.com/7778735321 and the file is attached. Please help! Thanks, Jacquee

Hi there, Jacqueline!
Yikes – I'm really sorry to hear that you're seeing white screen flashes after publishing your content to Articulate Online. I see that you opened a support case (great move!). My colleague, Gerald, will be in touch as soon as he finishes his testing.
I'll be following along as your case progresses!
Hi Jacqueline!
I wanted to circle back here that it sounds like a simple repair for Storyline 3 should hopefully fix the white screen flash issue, but if it doesn't – let's see if following the steps here helps.
Gerald and I will be standing by! 🤞
