Hi Can someone help me. I am new to Storyline 2, but have been using Storyline 1 for some time. I imported one of my Storyline 1 files to use as a template, but when I want to type over text in a box it gives me a white slide with a red cross and won't let me input text (see attachment). What am I doing wrong?
You'll want to make sure you're working with local project files as described here as that red cross or X is typically a sign of corruption within the file. You could try importing it into a new file as described here to resolve any issues or odd behavior as well.
