why has it taken over 5 days for your support team to get back to me

i have sent NUMEROUS emails to the support team, and have no received a single one back.  my back is against the wall here with deadlines and no help.  your previous update ruined my projects, and there has bee no fix for me. i have sent copies of my projects to the support team and have heard nothing.  i have emailed them countless times and have heard nothing.  as of now i would like to know how to go about getting a refund on 360.
