I am working on a presentation in Storyline and am new. I have several slides similar to this and the disabled state is not working. It changes to visited before I have it set to change to normal (I hope that makes sense). This is very a basic slide but is an issue I am having trouble with on several slides. I am sure it is probably a simple fix. I'm happy to take a look! I see that you have grouped objects which is perfect, but there isn't a way to set an entire group to disabled. Instead, you'll want to use the text boxes to include in the trigger. I've edited your project and attached it to this reply. I've also recorded a 3-minute tutorial explaining the changes I've made.
