Storyline works with a DPI setting of 96 as described here, and on high resolution monitors that may appear smaller and difficult to see generally, monitors that display more than 2,000 pixels in width. We're working to improve performance on HD monitors. In the meantime, you may need to reduce your screen resolution while working in Storyline.
Other users have shared that reducing the machine's horizontal resolution to 1920 pixels or lower allowed for it to work better.
