hello. When I try to use the charactares in Articulate storyline 2 the head is in the wrong place. Looks likes this: So Can you help me fixx this problem?
check the Windows display setting it should be set to 96DPI or in Windows 10 to 100%
Articulate Storyline requires Microsoft Windows to be configured with 96 DPI (dots per inch). If Windows is using a different DPI setting, you may experience erratic behavior, such as:
* Elements of the application are misplaced or distorted. * Objects are misplaced or distorted when previewed or published. * Zoomed images don't work as expected. * Font sizes are incorrect after using the translation features.
Thanks Geotecnia, and on a high resolution monitor using the DPI setting as described things can appear fairly small. Our team took a look at this behavior and made a change as we developed Storyline 360 (and it'll carry over to Storyline 3 when released later this year) to allow for better scaling of the UI. Since it was a big change to how the UI behaves for our latest programs, it wasn't a change that could be ported back to Storyline 2 at this time. Have you checked out the trial of Articulate 360 to see how that display works for you?

Thank you! is there any way to increase text in the toolbars?
Hello Maria - Unfortunately not. Here is our documentation on working with the Storyline UI.
Good day,
