why not playing in all mobile browsers Apr 05, 2020 By Rajendra Malloju Dear Team, i am published course in storyline 2 and uploaded in LMS server but it is not playing in mobile browsers (Expect in IE) why please help me.

However, it's my understanding that the HTML5 standards have changed a bit since Storyline 2, so there could still be issues. For that (and other reasons), you should upgrade to Storyline 3 or 360.

Did you publish for HTML5
As Phil mentioned, you need to publish for HTML5. However, it's my understanding that the HTML5 standards have changed a bit since Storyline 2, so there could still be issues. For that (and other reasons), you should upgrade to Storyline 3 or 360.
In some LMSs, you have to specify that the course is to be use in different devices, otherwise, it doesn't make it available to all types of devices.
