Windows 10 deleted Storyline 2

I updgraded to Windows 10, when I went in to open a file I had been working on, it said "Storyline has been deactivated....." So I went into programs to run it as administrator and reactivate it, but it was gone. So I tried to re-download it. I started getting an error message saying that the download failed. So I tried several other things to no avail. I have reported this as a support ticket, but I am hoping someone can help me sooner I have this project due Monday. After rebooting and trying again I get the message that it can't find ThumbnailHandlerx64.msi If anyone knows what I can do to fix this I would appreciate it. I have attached screenshots of the error messages and also the Templog.

Nope. That is where I was going to go in and run as admin and reactivate it.
okay wait a minute. I just restarted, went the path you gave above, and it is there and says uninstall, but it doesn't show anywhere else.
