I have previously used storyline on my laptop but for some reason I am now receiving an error message saying I need Flash player 10 but when I go to the download option it says as I have flash installed as part of windows 8??? I have run the compatibility troubleshooter but it cannot fix and just exits with the message as it being incompatible program.
Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Storyline won’t open. This issue was fixed in Update 8 for Storyline. See this article for details.
