I've found the UI gets a bit small if you're running screen resolutions in the 3000 x 2000 range (higher end graphic card). Suspect Win 10, as many apps aren't really equipped for such high res displays
The UI may display a bit smaller on a high definition screen, so that could account for what you're seeing. We did share an update in regards to this behavior in this discussion.

Hi Rob - I have been using Storyline 10 on a PC with Windows 10 and there are no issues that are specific to this combination that I'm aware of.

We are using Storyline v2 and moving shortly to Windows 10. Thank you for such a quick response.

Storyline 2 and Windows 10 will play well together, but Storyline 1 is not supported with Windows 10.

No issue just yet other than the issue Brain has and for some strange reason the desktop short cut wont delete.
