I have had a client experience this problem (see image) when completing a Storyline 360 course. They should see a man with some circle triggers, not the blue box. 1000's of users have completed the course with no issues so I am presuming it might be a windows issue, looks like they are using windows 7.
I'm happy to help! Would you mind providing additional details about the course? Was it published using Flash? Also, have you tried using another browser? I see that you're using Chrome, so have you tried Firefox or Internet Explorer?
