Windows 8.1 Update - Storyline doesn't work right

I already fixed the error I had once I installed Windows 8.1. Now, when I open Storyline, the images are all cut off, the screen is chopped up -- it's a mess!
Not sure what to do! Help! I attached a screenshot of what I'm looking at.

Hi Erin and welcome to Heroes!
I'd suggest checking that the Windows 8.1 update didn't change your DPI settings. You'll want to ensure that it's set to 96 DPI.
