Attached is the following slide. At one point, everything work. Now well.. this slide works in single preview, audio... advances onto layers correctly then show is going to advance to target slide.
However, then you then say preview entire project, this slide no longer has audio, advances,etc...
This module was proofed and previewed and worked. Published and sent to users. It now longer works on their end or mine.
I only posted the only slide since the full module is 45 slides and this is slide 11.
If any more is needed to be posted I will gladly do so for some guidance.
Thanks for sharing your file with me. I took a peek at it, and it seems to be working well on my end. I was able to hear all of the audio, and all of the layers appeared when they were triggered. Are you working with the project file from a network drive or a USB drive? If so, try saving it to your local hard drive, and reopen the file. Working from a network or USB drive can cause issues and even file corruption, so you'll want to be sure you're always working locally. :)
If you're still seeing the issue on your end, another thing you can try is to export the audio files from the Audio Option tab. Then, delete the audio files from the slide and all the layers, and replace them with the exported files.
Give that a shot, and let me know how you make out!
