Wrapper issue

One issue we are seeing is that the client's LMS is adding a wrapper to our SCORM 2004 files (you can see this in the attached screenshot) that allows the learner to "Continue, Suspend, or Exit". This seems to be bypassing the content's completion parameters. We looked into this as an ongoing LMS issue and the vendor suggested a change to the SCORM's manifest file. 

Where in the output is the manifest file, and secondly, what are we modifying to get rid of Continue, Suspend, Exit at bottom?
