Haven't done a screencast for you (at least not yet), but did you see that you can create those speech balloons by selecting Insert >Caption? Take a look at the screenshot:
Thank you Rebecca, I managed to insert a ballon and could adjust the position but I really don't know how to define different positions for different slides.

You can edit the slide masters and create your own feedback
Sorry, but I clicked a lot around and found no way to insert such a feedback-ballon as I showed in my example.
Here I cannot choose a picture for my speech ballon.
Can you just create a short screencast, how to do?
