I've published a video that includes a 6-question quiz. I purposely get 3 of the questions wrong, but each time the results are tallied, it says I got 100% correct. This is the case on all the videos I have published. What's happening? Am I overlooking something? (I am publishing to the web, not to an LMS.)
can you share the .story file. I've just done a quick 2 slide sample quiz with result slide that is set to a 50% pass mark published to web and it's working as expected.
How big is your .story file? If it's too big for the forums, they can often get through to our Support Engineers here. Let me know if you want to go that route and I can help you open the case, or follow along once you get it started!

Unfortunately, I can't share the file other than to post it to Review. It
is much too big to upload.
Ok...a few things to check.
It's hard to say without being able to see your file setup - perhaps you need to log a support case
Yes to all questions, and for some reason, the tally started being correct
in one of my videos. Will take a closer look at that one. Thanks.
