I use Storyline 3. My slides have 3x4 aspect ratio. I run project on mobile devises by LMS through the web. Player scales it by horizontal, but a vertical size still too large and users can see only a part of slide. I tried to change browser settings. "Resize browser to fill screen" and "Scale player to fill browser window" sims most sensible for me, but I tried other too, it not help.
What can I do to scale my 3x4 poject correctly on mobile devices?
Are you seeing the course displayed in the Storyline responsive player? If the LMS is forcing it into a different player, it may not be something you can change within Storyline. A good way to confirm that is test how your course behaves in another LMS environment such as SCORM Cloud. Here are directions on how to test there.
