XLIFF importing: accented characters appearing as html codes

Seems that it is a local issue on my end. I might need to repair/reinstall Storyline: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline-2/unexpected-or-erratic-behavior-in-articulate-storyline-2

Support wasn't able to reproduce the same problem on their end with my files!
