I am having a hard time finding the key words to find an article on how to make this change.
The pop-up box that tells a user "Invalid Answer / You must complete the question before submitting"
I have looked at the feedback master and did not find this callout. It does not fit the rest of the design for my current client and it has become a thing.
You can change the text for this dialog in the Player Properties, under Player > Text Labels. You have (limited) control over the colors of this dialog by changing colors under Player > Color & Effect > Notification Window.

The popup itself isn't editable, but you can build your own overlay with a little work.
