If you'd like us to test it as well, can you share a link to your published output here or a copy of the .story file? If you'd prefer to share it privately, you're welcome to send it along here as well.
I see that you opened up a Support case, and that John was able to confirm that you had a corrupt slide master which was causing difficulty with your video. If you need anything else, please feel free to let myself or John know.
