Hello everyone! I've been trying to export a scorm 1.2 file whose first folder works fine, however, the zip file won't go beyond the loading screen. I already tried exporting it a couple of times with the same result.
I have worked on countless projects with similar features, however, this is the first time I have encountered this issue.
I see that you've been getting some help from Joseph, but I just had some follow-up questions to help me understand what you're experiencing a little better.
Which Articulate application and version of the application was used to create the published content?
Is the failure to load issue occurring across all browsers or just one specifically?
If you would be willing to share a copy of the file here in the discussion or privately through a support case, I'd be happy to test the behavior in SCORM Cloud and report my findings. We'll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!

What LMS are you trying to view the course on, and have you tried uploading it and testing it on SCORM Cloud?
