Hi, I have a few parts in my Storyline course where I would like to start the timeline in a "Zoomed In" view and believe I have placed it correctly, but the video does not start zoomed in. It will zoom out when it is supposed to, though, like an afterthought, as though it forgot at first. If I replay the video in "preview," Zoom finally works. I have to replay it or press on the slide I want to see in the menu after watching it. Is there a trigger I can use for the Zoom feature, or is the program having issues?
Do you align the zoom feature at the beginning of the timeline? Or you can upload your file to have someone to check your file(you can replace the video with another one if it is sensitive).
