I've uploaded a SCORM package on LMS. When I testing it on iOS 12.1.1, on some devices it is running fine whereas on some devices it doesn't. When I play it and zoom in the screen, it doesn't come back to its original(Default) size. I'm testing it on Safari Browser.

A few questions to help us dig deeper:
What version of Storyline are you using? To find this detail, click on the Help tab > About Storyline.
Does the zoom in/out issue happen in landscape mode, portrait mode, or both?
Have you tried testing the course in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud, an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output? How the zoom feature preforms there will tell us if the source of problem is related to your Storyline or LMS' output.
I have another question. I have made a drag and drop slide. In that activity, drag items have more than one correct drop targets, due to which I have to make custom code to make this functionality work. In this activity, the drop targets are filled to "none". Activity is working fine. I have to show the result in the end. Due to custom code, I have not used "Submit interaction" function to this activity. So I'm unable to store the result at the end. If I created a custom result code, In that case, I'm unable to store that on LMS.
So, my question is can we store the result to LMS when we have created a custom quiz or result slide?
Thanks for confirming that the zoom behavior you are experiencing is in landscape mode. We have an issue reported to our team and I've added this conversation the report as well. This will allow us to update you here when we can.
As for the custom design you've shared, I'd recommend that you take a look at the solution shared here by a fellow community member.
That will allow you to still use the built-in submission and reporting options that we would recommend to allow this to report to your LMS as expected.
The multiple drag items to multiple drop targets, I've already reached this solution. The issue I'm facing now is how to store the result for this activity?
Hi again, prjct! The community example that Leslie shared shows how Becky uses a Pick One question to submit the results to the LMS. It'll report the question either as answered correctly or incorrectly, but it won't track which objects are dropped where. As long as you're tracking the Pick One slide in a results slide and publishing for LMS, Storyline will send that information to your LMS.
That discussion will be a great place for follow up questions since it's a method built by a community member, like you!

Well, that certainly does not look like the expected behavior.
Would you be able to share your .story file with me directly here. Please be sure to include the forum url/link as well.
Hi Leslie,
Thanks for responding back, Actually I'm unable to share the .story file here due to some privacy issue. Is there any other way to resolve this issue?
Thanks,

Hi all,
Good news! We fixed the issue you reported where there were issues with zooming in/out while using an iOS device.
Install the latest Storyline 360 update to take advantage of all the recent features and fixes. Here's how.
If the problem happens again, please record a Peek 360 screencast for me, and I'll be happy to help!
