Zooming back out

Feb 09, 2016

Hello, I have a course that I'm building where when a user clicks on an image of a folder the screen zooms in. Once they are zoomed in they can click on any of 5 tabs. I've created 5 corresponding layers. My problem is that when they click and go to that layer the screen stays zoomed in. I want my base layer to be zoomed in so that users can go back to it to click another tab or use the existing tabs on the current screen? Am I asking Storyline to do too much? I've attached my .storyline file for anyone to review.

If I understand your dilemma . . . .

The Zoom Feature is a feature of the timeline feature on the base slide only.  Not layers.  So, I imagine that if you re creating a triggered event to zoom, you are jumping to a slide that has the zoom region on it.  So if you want the user to trigger when it n longer zooms, you will also want to consider jumping to a slide that looks like your layer.
