Articulate/Internet Explorer 9

I just purchased and downloaded Storyline and Studio '13. I am having and issue with IE 9 and the products as well as the articulate website. When I got to articulate.com in IE 9 it says "internet explorer cannot display this page". See the pictures below for what it does in the products. Anyone having this issue and have any idea how to fix it?

I updated to IE 11 and then had to made some changes to the settings withing IE - I had to check mark all the options below. That fixed it.
