Articulate LMS Files not working

Hi Guys,
Over the past two weeks we have been creating Articulate LMS Presentations, After publishing we have been forwarding the zipped files to our client, who then uploads them to his server. However our client is finding that not all the published files are able to be read by their LMS. At first we thought this may be due to us zipping the files using win zip rather than zipping the files using Articulate (it's definitely better using Articulate zip). However even using Articulated zip files we are still finding that some files can't be used by their LMS.

How is the client loading the files? If FTP direct, make sure the transfer is binary.
If loaded through the LMS itself, which LMS? Is the LMS throwing up an error message during the import or when the content is accessed for learners?
