Can anyone please tell me how to make my screener videos looking professional? I am trying to import them into Articulate Video Encoder, but have not been able to do so. How can I use Gspot to determine what codec was used? Thank you for your help.
Thank you Tom for your reply. I would like to insert the screenr videos made with screenr into articulate engage. I thought I could edit the video in Articulate Video Encoder in order to cut out some silent sections for instance. There appears to be a problem when I try to view the video in screenr. The audio is fine, but the image on the screen is not following the audio and appears to be way behind. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you record the videos in Screenr? If so you don't need to run them through the video encoder since the .mp4 from Screenr will work.
When you say "professional" what are you trying to do?
